Responsible gaming can be encouraged in many different ways: tools to control gaming, marketing, customer support communication and the way the games themselves are designed. What do we know about these different approaches? When it comes to protecting the players what works and what doesn’t work? What research is there to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness?
