Account locked/not accessible
If you have tried to log into your gaming account using the wrong password three times, your account will be locked automatically for security reasons.
Other reason - check your mail for more information: Check your email (including spam folder). If you haven't received any information from us, please contact our helpdesk.

How to close my account?
To close your account, please send a written request to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Remember to include your full name, e-mail address, phone number and date of birth, and your gaming account will be locked immediately. We will make sure that any bets have been settled and that all banking transactions are completed.

Can I see how close I am to my deposit limit?
Yes you can. Log in and go to Account and then select Safe gaming tools. In the My deposit limit box you can check your remaining amount at any time. There are also other safe gaming tools on this page you might want to consider.
How do i change my withdrawal account?
1. Go to the "My wallet " page under the right hand side menu.
2. Select "Edit" under the withdraw option on the left side of the page.
3. Select "bank transfer" and add the following information in the available fields:
- Account holder name
Add your password, click continue and your withdrawal account is now saved
Be aware if you change your payment details, the withdrawal function will be unavailable for a safety period of one week. This is a security measure to prevent your account from falling into the wrong hands.
I am unable to withdraw money

Bonus Money - How does it work?
Bonus money can only be used in some of our Slots, Video poker and Lottery games. You can see in which games you can use bonus money by entering the relevant game categorysection ("Slots", "Video poker", "Lotteries") and selecting the filter called "Bonus money", you can find this filter on right side of the search function.
For smaller screen resolutions the search function can be found by clicking the three dots and then selecting the filter called Bonus Money.
There is no turnover requirement for bonus money and the earnings generated from bonus money are automatically converted into real money. These winnings can therefore be used for any game or withdrawn from the gaming account if so desired. However bonus money in itself cannot be withdrawn from the gaming account.
Where can see if i have any bonus money or check the saldo?
Login to your gaming account and under the "Balance" view at the top of the side menu called "Account", there it will list your current Bonus amount right underneath the "withdrawable amount".
I was disconnected during a poker tournament
Try to restart the client and go back to the table. If this doesn't work, please contact our helpdesk. When making your query, please include your e-mail address, full name, date of birth, tournament time as well as the name of the poker client and the tournament in question.
In which tournament can I use my ticket?
When you are in the client, the scheduled tournaments that you have a ticket for will be marked with a small ticket sign.

Why do I experience betting issues with Internet Explorer?
Internet Explorer doesn’t fully support our betting section. For the best experience, we recommend that you use Chrome browser instead.
How can I use free bingo tickets?
A message in the bingo room tells you where you can use your free ticket and for how long it is valid. For example, if you receive a free ticket for the Cash & Carry Bingo room, you can only use it there. Just press the Use ticket(s) button to use your ticket.
I was disconnected during a game
Don't worry. The ticket you bought will still be played in our multiplayer bingo games. So if the winning ticket was yours, the win will automatically be transferred to your account despite the disconnection.
In our single player games Bingo and Triple Bingo you have 30 days to return to the game. After that it will be finished automatically and any resulting winnings will be transferred to your account.
How do I know that the Paf bingo games are fair?

How can I save my team?
After you have joined a tournament and started to build your team you can save your team by clicking on the “SAVE TEAM” button. The button is located next to the “RESET” button.
You can save your team as soon as you have picked at least one player. Once your team is saved it will be available for selection in all other tournaments by clicking the “SAVED TEAMS” button.

What is Fantasy Sports?
Fantasy Sports is a type of online game where participants assemble imaginary or virtual teams of real players from a professional sport. These virtual teams compete based on the statistical performance of the real players selected in actual matches. This performance is converted into points that are compiled and added to the team total. The teams’ point totals are then compared to decide the winners of a tournament.
Why am I seeing no content when launching Fantasy Sports?
Our Fantasy Sports client does not support the use of Internet Explorer. When using said browser the page will load without content. We recommend you to use Chrome instead.
How do I play Fantasy sports?
We have an interactive tutorial available in our Fantasy Sports section. To use the tutorial log in to your gaming account and access our Fantasy Sports section found here. Once you have entered the Fantasy sports section you will find a "How to play" link above the "Create tournament" button in the upper right hand corner of the page. Al you have to do is click the link and follow the prompts, they will guide you through the tutorial.
