Deposits and withdrawals
The deposit methods available to you as our customer depend on the country you entered on registration. If you have a bonus code for a deposit bonus, you should enter this when making your deposit.
The payment methods available for you are affected by several factors, such as, the length of your customer relationship, if you have completed strong authentication, as well as your payment behavior (volume, frequency, etc).
In addition to this, maximum deposit amounts vary by payment service provider, and in some cases also affected by the length of our customer relationship with you.
The Gaming Account must be used solely for the purpose of gambling. Paf will charge a transaction fee and handling fee from the gaming account for any and all transactions which are made without any real purpose of gambling.

The minimum deposit is 5 euros and the minimum withdrawal amount is 10 euros. The maximum deposit varies by payment service provider, and in some cases is also affected by.

You can make deposits with Visa and Mastercard. The amount will be debited from your card immediately.
After you make a deposit your card will be saved in your profile, so that you don’t need to give your card number every time you make a deposit. You can remove saved cards from your profile if you so wish. Your information is saved in a secure way in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
Some cards are connected to Verified by Visa and 3D SecureCode. If you have any problems with these codes we ask you to contact the issuing bank for information about these security programs. The same applies to card-specific questions.
We offer e-wallet deposits via Skrill. You can become a customer free of charge. It is easy to use for making both deposits and withdrawals.
The deposit methods provided by the individual payment intermediary services will be indicated on their websites and may vary between countries, but in most cases they will support Visa and MasterCard, as well as reference payment options. Please visit their websites to see what they have to offer in the form of further local payment solutions.
We recommend opening an Internet wallet account in EUR, as we automatically direct your payment into an account with EUR. If you choose to open an e-wallet account in another currency, you risk a currency exchange at the e-wallet itself at their rates applicable on the day in question.

Withdrawals of your winnings are paid at your request to a specified bank account in your own name. Most payments are sent instantly also during evenings and weekends but the time it takes to reach your bank varies and may take 1-2 banking days.
Bank transfers are made via Trustly. If you have already made a deposit using Trustly, your account is saved in your profile and you can withdraw back to the same account by selecting it in the withdraw flow. If you have no account yet available in the withdraw flow, you can select your withdraw account after logging into your bank via Trustly.
We support withdrawals to bank accounts in Estonia only.
If you use an e-wallet, withdrawals will be sent to your e-wallet, from where you can request funds.
Large withdrawals may be delayed by our security procedures.

Change of payment service provider method cannot be done if the balance on the gaming account exceeds 10 euro.
Paf offers following payment methods
1. Bank transfer
We support Internet payments from the following Finnish banks:
- Danske bank
- Pop Pankki via Trustly
- Oma Säästöpankki via Trustly
- Handelsbanken via Trustly
With this type of payment you will be forwarded to your selected bank (or Trustly for Pop Pankki, Oma Säästöpankki and Handelsbanken) to carry out the transaction. This kind of payment is made immediately after you have approved it and clicked on the “return to vendor” link to come back to Paf.
If contact is lost between the bank and Paf, the success of the payment is rechecked within a period of 20 minutes. If the payment was successful your gaming account is then updated immediately.
Withdrawals of your winnings are paid at your request to a specified bank account. This takes place without an intermediary and so the payment is made on the working day/banking day following the withdrawal request. The money should be in your account within 1-2 banking days, depending on which bank you are with. Large withdrawals may be delayed by our security procedures.
It is extremely important that you provide the correct details for your bank account. We accept no liability for any incorrect payments made as a result of an incorrect bank account number being provided. Siirto is a mobile payment currently available for bank customer’s of Nordea and Osuuspankki. In order to make a Siirto deposit you have to register as a Siirto user at your bank. This kind of payment is made immediately after you have approved it. Please note that you must verify your gaming account using bank verification or mobile verification in order to use Siirto with us. And as with all other payment methods, you have to use your own personal Siirto account.
When you do a Siirto deposit the phone number on your gaming profile will be used to send the request to your Siirto app. If your phone number on the profile is incorrect, you can update it in the payment flow. When the transaction is completed, your phone number in the gaming profile will be updated.
We also offer withdrawals via Siirto. Siirto withdrawals are instant, also during evenings and weekends. The withdrawal is sent to the bank account that is connected to your siirto app, even if it may be different than the bank account you have registered on your gaming account. There are certain limits following this method, the Siirto method will not be available as withdrawal option when the limits are reached.
Our Gaming Service currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Skrill. You can become a customer of Skrill free of charge.
